The primary Regional resource for both pastors and churches is the ministry of the Regional Superintendent. His ministry covers a variety of areas and is both self initiated and responsive. The majority of his time is given to responding to initiatives from pastors and churches. He is the one person in the Region who is there when help is needed and many have found his ministry to be both Biblically sound and personally sensitive.

In addition to the extensive ministry of the Regional Superintendent, the Region, in partnership with several Advent Christian Conferences, provides a specialized ministry of Pastoral Care. This ministry is characterized by one on one sharing, spiritual sensitivity and a keen understanding of the pastorate and some of the struggles, pressures and concerns of a pastor.
This part-time ministry includes personal visits, special recognition and encouragement, telephone calls, and e-mail. For more information on the Pastoral Care Ministry contact the Regional Superintendent or call the Eastern Regional Office at (603)332-1412.
The ministries of the Region are offered to pastors and churches without cost or obligation. Any money received from these services are given to the Region to help cover expenses which are budgeted annually. The primary source of income for the Region is the Regional apportionment system, whereby, each church in the Region is assigned an annual apportionment equal to 3% of it’s income from tithes and offerings.
